Policies & Terms: Service Terms
Our policies and service terms are designed to help keep your project on schedule and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Please review the information below before scheduling your service with Gulf Coast Line Striping.
Service Terms: Site Readiness & Remobilization
To help keep your project on schedule, all vehicles, trailers, equipment, dumpsters, debris, and other items must be removed from the areas scheduled for striping before our crew arrives. Property owners or managers are responsible for notifying tenants, employees, and visitors of any required parking restrictions.
If our crew arrives and the work area is inaccessible or obstructed, the project may need to be rescheduled and an additional remobilization fee may apply to cover the cost of returning to the property.
Project Conditions & Surface Preparation
The pavement must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, debris, loose materials, standing water, and other substances that may affect adhesion or the quality of the striping. Any necessary surface preparation should be completed before our crew arrives. Gulf Coast Line Striping is not responsible for delays or additonal preparation required due to unsuitable surface conditions.
Scheduling & Weather
Gulf Coast Line Striping schedules projects based on crew availability and suitable working conditions. Because parking lot striping requires appropriate surface and weather conditions, projects may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, moisture, extreme weather, or other conditions that could affect the quality of the finished work. Weather-related rescheduling is not considered a cancellation.
Payment & Cancellation
A deposit or payment may be required to reserve your project date. Cancellations or changes made after scheduling may be subject to our cancellation policy. If a project is cancelled or postponed after our crew has been dispatched, a remobilization or cancellation few may apply.
